Returns & Refunds
At The Sensory Meadow, each item is handmade or carefully sourced with love and intention. We want you to feel delighted with your order, so we’ve created a simple and fair returns policy.
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes things simply don’t suit — so we do accept change-of-mind returns with a few conditions to keep everything safe and fair.
You may return your order if:

The item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging

It is returned within 7 days of delivery

Return postage is covered by the customer

The item arrives back to us in resellable condition
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened sensory items including:

playdough
-
sensory fizz
-
sensory bases
-
loose parts that have been handled
-
bath or water-based products
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Please include:

your order number
-
clear photos of the item
-
photos of the packaging (if relevant)
We will happily arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Missing Items
If something is missing from your parcel, please email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can fix it quickly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are unable to refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you can have it re-shipped by paying the new postage cost.
Allergy & Sensory Safety
All ingredients are listed clearly on each product page and sticker label.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds due to:

misinformation not checked prior to ordering
Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Natural Variations
Because our products are handmade and created in small batches, slight variations in colour, texture, or decoration may occur. These are normal and not considered faults.
Playdough, Fizz & Sensory Bases
Due to the hygienic nature of sensory products, we cannot accept returns once items have been opened or handled.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel becomes delayed or lost during transit, we will work with Australia Post to investigate.
Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the outcome of the investigation.
