These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website, at markets, or through official communication channels.

Product Information

Many of our products are handmade and crafted in small batches. Because of this:

  • slight variations in colour, shape, or texture are normal

  • natural ingredients may vary between batches

  • photos shown on our website represent the general product but may not be identical to your exact item

All ingredients and safety information are listed on each product page and/or packaging.

Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Prices listed at the time of purchase are final.

Orders

By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless agreed upon by us.
(Processing begins quickly due to the handmade nature of our products.)

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time for reasons such as:

  • suspected fraudulent activity

  • incorrect or incomplete information

  • stock issues

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout using live Australia Post rates.

By placing an order, you agree to the policies outlined on our Shipping & Delivery page, including:

  • processing times

  • delivery estimates

  • tracking information

  • responsibilities regarding incorrect addresses

Once a parcel is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms.

We accept:

  • returns for change of mind on unopened and unused items within 7 days

  • returns due to damage or faults (contact us within 48 hours)

We cannot accept returns on sensory items that have been opened, used or handled for hygiene and safety reasons.

Safety & Supervision

Our sensory products are designed with safety in mind, but must always be used under adult supervision.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

  • parents/caregivers are responsible for supervising play

  • young children may put small items in their mouth

  • scented or coloured products may contain allergens

  • products are not edible, even if taste-safe

The Sensory Meadow is not responsible for misuse of products beyond normal recommended play.
